This service is broken down into three parts:

​

• The " preparation ": this phase can last between 3 and 5 days, it allows our teams to increase their skills in your environment and your crisis processes.

• “ Activation ”: this phase includes a set of annual days at a predefined rate, billed on a pay-as-you-go basis.

• " Skills maintenance ": this phase includes 1 day per quarter of reviewing your crisis plans with our experts to ensure that the processes are maintained in operational conditions.
